i thought the e6750 was a dual core?

it is, i'm saying get an e6750 then upgrade to a true quad-core, how much is the 9 series gonna cost when it comes out??

It will be a new release and cost around $180 i beleive

Yea...that would be the range for the premium price of the flagship 9 series. After a few months, maybe it will lower to 700.

It is, hes talking about how q6600 isnt true quad cores and the true quad cores will come out when God knows when. I want to know the performance difference between a q6600 and a "true quad core", thats the real question.

No one really knows...
It would probably be speculation, but IMO id say not much except for maybe lower temps and less energy consumption
