Default Deciding on a mouse

I can't decide between the Razer Diamondback 3g or the Razer Copperhead Anarchy Red.

The Diamondback uses 3g sensors where as the Copperhead uses the older version, the laser.

you wont see a difference in mouse "performance".

It's all about comfort and agility.

Try to find a retail store that has those models in stock and test them out there.

btw i prefer the death adder, it effing rocks.

Newegg.com - RAZER DeathAdder RZ01-00150100-R3M1 Black 5 Buttons 1 x Wheel USB Optical 1800 dpi High Precision Gaming Mouse - Mouse

$40

I'm rocking with a Razer Lachesis... moved from a Diamondback to it. Huge difference.

The Deathadder was a choice for awhile...but I have a weird mouse style where i really only touch the mouse with my finger tips and rarely ever my palm...so the deathadder was a bit too sloped for my tastes.

So there really is no difference in performance? Why do some people think optical is still better than laser or sensors?

Preferences. Lasers are great but to sensitive for some. Optical work great, but their sensitivity is too low for others.
