Deciding between two builds

Hey guys Im planning on building my first computer soon and I've come up with two builds that I have come up with using guides and advice from other forums. Also is there anything I should take out and replace from the two builds to make them cheaper

if you can afford the i7 build then it shouldn't be too hard to decide.

i7 > pii

what's your budget though? we might be able to get you a better build, or atleast cheaper.

Yeah don't bother with that vapor x card, although it cools slightly better, the reference cooler for 5870 is just fine.
