Ohh, I keep forgetting, you're useing a P45 board, durrrr.

EDIT- I really want to know how the 9-9-9-30 DDR3-2000 runs. $150 for the OCZ blades just seems like such a steal. If you want tighter timings, ya gotta spend almost $100 more to get 8-8-8, and $250 more than the OCZ blades to get the Dom GT's. But they have gone down a bit, $324. A little easier to stomach. Might seriously consider it if they can creep to $300.

Ya know, I don't think I'll end up getting DDR3-2000

OCZ Platinum 6GB DDR3-1600

They can run @ DDR3-1600 7-7-7-20 and 1954MHZ @ 9-9-9-24.

For $99.99.

I really like those Dom GT's though. Very very impressive.

But at the same time, I'll only be running an i7 920 w/ a gtx 260-ish. So I would feel like a fool paying $400+ for RAM. But my god. That's so, so, so, so fast. SO.....fast.

Wow, that's pretty sick. 1600mhz @ 7-7-7-20 from DDR3-1333 is pretty freakin good.
The OCZ Plat's you can get for $95 are Cas7 1600MHZ for 6GB. I ordered a corsair set of Cas 8's because they were out of stock. Oh well. Ill be happy going from a Pentium 4. ROFL.

Ive got a Pentium 4 with 512mb of ram and integrated graphics now.
But i ordered my Corsair 6GB DDR3 1600MHZ CAS 8 kit with the new heatspreaders, they arnt the Dominators but they arnt those silver heatsinked sets either. Improved.

Already have my Xigamtek Rifle S1283, hard drives and optical drives as well as my fan controller.

Also ordered my BFG GTX260+ Maxxcore SLI.

(Sorry to hijack)
I think i made the right choice. I could have gotten a GTX285, but i got GTX260+ SLI. It was the exact same price.
