is DDR2 800 worth the extra $80??

im still not sure if im going with AMD or intel, but that for me to decide and for you not to yell at me for going intel.

anyway, i was putting together a wish list on newegg and i want to know if there is a big difference between DDR2800 and DDR2667, cause i want to put some money tward games to play on this baby when i get it and saving $80 on RAM would but me 2 or maybe 3 good games.

so is there a big enough difference in speeds that it costs an extra $80?

here's the two i was looking at.

G.SKILL 2gb DDR2 667 at $149

or

Patriot 2gb DDR2 800 at $233

or

G.SKILL 2gb DDR2 800 at $245

well is the DDR2 800 fast enough to cost almost $100 more is is the DDR2 667 good?

also if there are any RAM better for the same price, suggestions are open.

I would wait to upgrade to DDRII. They have not worked out the bugs yet.
