After doing a lot of research and parts shopping I need advice from the pros. This is going to be my setup, I think everything will work but I want to make sure if everything is compatable. I don't game, maybe The Sims with my girlfriend or Rollercoaster Tycoon with my little sister. All I am going to be doing and is downloading software, games, movies, DVD encoding, photo editiing and browsing the web.

I currently have a mouse, keyboard, speakers, a 250GB HD, a 8x DVD burner and a POS monitor so I might get an ACER 19" LCD Widescreen monitor. Any good? Thanks in advanced guys I really want to get this thing ordered.

I'd downgrade CPU to a E6300 just to save a little cash. You probably won't be needing all that performance and the E6300 will be able to handle the things your wanting to do.

Looks like a nice setup to me. For your needs it should be great. From what I see everything should work fine together. Maybe someone with more experience could double check just to be sure?
