Default Critique and budget

Ok i only have $2500 to spend and i have this as a build, http://secure.newegg.com/NewVersion/...sp?submit=view . I am wondering where i can save some money and not lose any performance. Or possably save money and gain performance if possable. I plan ok OC'ing and MMO gaming. I really like my case due to its 5 120 case fan slots, so if you intend of finding me another case keep in mind i want to keep things as cool as possable.
