Default Criticize my build

So i just ordered some new computer parts and was wondering what you guys think of my choices. Keep in mind i am upgrading from a P4 3.2. 1gb, 6600gt setup and i dont care about playing all games on max but just as long as they look good and it will be fast enough for my media needs and cd/dvd burning.

You'll want to go with a Phenom II (AM3 socket) instead of a Phenom. Other than that, good choices.

Possibly, but the improved architecture and better socket type (same thing really) will be very noticeable.

^ yea i meant because of that, not because its just .3ghz faster, you cant just compare by ghz. plus its 45nm instead of 65nm so it will produce less heat, and it will OC better. for $4 more, seems worth it, but thats just me.
