One has faster speeds, a copper heatsink and a lifetime warranty. The other has a lifetime warranty, an aluminum heatsink and slower speeds.

You will really like the case. I have it, and I love it's superb airflow and how easy it is to work in. But beware, it is massive! :)

I didnt know both had lifetime warranties. I was just going off of what it said on the boxes.

oem (original equipment manufacturer) is just the item may include driver or additional cables depending on if it is still carried with the item in the warehouse, retail is still in box never opened all cables manuels and drivers are included and any aoftware it coems with. oem has it pros (price) cons (quality, dependability...etc). things like hard drives are safe to buy oem but if it cost 5$ more to go retail then go retail.
