I myself have a Pentium D that when encoding would run about 73 C, I bought a Thermaltake Sonic Tower, as seen here: http://www.thermaltake.com/product/c...1/cl-p0071.asp
My CPU temp when under load doesn't get over 48 C now

The heatsink was $40, and I also got a 12cm fan with the highest CFM they had in stock for about $14 to mount on the side of it.

I read the reviews on newegg, and the basically said it was "alright". Are you going to be puting a block on your chipset, or any thing other than your cpu? Check this "Cooling With Liquid Nitrogen" link: http://www.tomshardware.com/2003/12/30/5_ghz_project/
