Intel Pentium D (just the Preslers)
Intel Core 2 Duo
Intel Core 2 Quad

Athlon X3 (when released)
Phenom X4

also change the Thread Title to: "CPU Speed Inconsistent? Speedstep and Cool and Quiet Technology Explained"

When I had col "n" quiet disabled on my PC it caused my pc to shutdown randomly, it used to work fine disab;ed when I had my old Athlon 3800+ but since I upgraded to a Athlon 3800+ X2 I get that problem, any suggestions??

nah its around 27-32 degrees, deff not a heat problem and I have a window on my case so I can see how dusty everything is and my zalman is fairly clean
