Default CPU now idleing at 42C, is this alright?

I know I already asked when my CPU idle temp was 52C with the stock Intel Heatsink/Fan, but now I bought this from Newegg.

Seeing it was the best Socket 775 coolers. So I was idling at 52C, now with this im idling at 42C. And when I was playing Postal 2 for about an hour the temp never went over 45C.

I plan on not changing anything. Will my CPU operate good under these temps, and be safe? or do I need better?

And case fans are not an issue I don't think, because I added on another case fan, and a better exaust fan on the highest speed and the temps were still the same! and my system temp is now 28C.
