Default Cpu Hs/f + Psu

I just cannot find a reliable source for a good cpu heatsink and fan and I dont wanna risk the amd hs/f.

Cooling devices and PSU's elude my knowledge on whats good and whats not so help is appreciated.

maybe I won't upgrade the hs and f , from the reviews on newegg it seems the manufacturer's hs/f do the job well.
