CPU Fan won't run

I have a zalman 9500 cpu fan and the fan won't spin everything is plugged in and I know I am getting power to go to it because the fan DOES spin only when it is turning off (e.g. reseting computer)

Anyone help me?

un plug it from the CPU fan connector...and plug it into one of the other 3pin connectors on the mobo

check bios, to make sure you havnt set it to a to high of a turn on temp.

i know with my comp, the CPU sometimes doesnt turn on for a few minutes or until i start playing a game sometimes.
