cpu cooler question?

hey i have had my new system for about a month and im still using the stock intel cooler for a q6600

so im lookin for a new cpu cooler but dont really want to spend over $50 on it.

So could you help me out. also i dont really want one where i have to take my mobo out to install it

also lookin for some thermal paste.

Thats not going to cut it on a q6600 though. Honestly, shell out the few extra bucks and get a thermalright ultra 120 extreme, a tuniq tower, or an ultima-90. You wont regret it.

ps i dont really plan on overclocking it so i dont think i need anything too extreme.

oh and its a b3 so it runs hotter then the g0
