If you can try and find somewhere local that sells cases to save on shipping.

Otherwise try:

ZipZoomFly
Newegg.com - Computer Parts, PC Components, Laptop Computers, Digital Cameras and more!

Q6600 is cheaper and consume less power. In addition to that Q6600 performs better overall.

So, Q6600 is clearly a better choice than Phenom 9850, and this is a fact

And your current motherboard doesn't support AMD anyway

How about the Q6700 guys? Since the price drop and it will save temps in the long run due to lower FSB and higher multiplier.

It isn't a fact, maroon1. the Phenom 9850 BE does win benchmarks, even if the Q6600 wins more.

Also, the Phenom 9850 BE runs games smother even if the overall fps is lower.

nvm.

Just people saying it runs smoother...

My opteron 180, bless its little soul , didn't feel any smoother then my friends c2d... Or at least I didn't notice it...

I never gamed on a phenom comp, so i can't say from personal experience how it differs from my q6600, but this sounds like a load of horse ****. The fps is what makes it smooth, i don't understand how if your running one processor over another its going to game "smoother"...
