I received a monitor for christmas... 19 inch widescreen. the problem is when I play games my computer definitely isn't fast enough to run games at that high of a resolution. when I lower my computers resolution, and play games at that resolution, it looks really ******. And, if I play a game in a window, it looks really ****** as well, and plays choppy. Right now I'm thinking of using my other smaller monitor to play games on, and use the wide screen for everything else. is there a way to get around this?
Also, I was wondering what's the best graphics card for 150-200$, and one that doesn't require a huge power source. I ran my 9600 fine with out any problems, but I need a better card now. I'm not sure how many watts my powersource is, I'm using the one that came with the case.
