I have an OS, but no peripherals. Don't include ANY peripherals, Because I just want the hardware.
I can go with another case, I just like the included fans, Design, and it being pretty tool-less.

Yeah I need optical drives and HDD's. I do need a MOBO and PSU as well.
This is actually changed from a 1055T build. I want to go intel because AMD doesn't like nvidia chipsets...

I'm in the process of a new build right now also, i would recommend adding a ssd to your list, not cheap but huge gains in startup and load times. Also, for an extra 10 bucks you can move up to the EVGA Superclocked gtx465

A quick questoin for BurningSkyline, i've ran AMD with nvidia cards for a while and haven't had any problems that i know of. What are you basing that comment on...thanks

I would not buy a GTX 465. It is somewhat of a waste.

And what I am basing this off of is that there aren't too many good boards with SATA 3 and USB 3 with Nvidia chipsets.

This board seems pretty good, no usb3 but it has sata 3, if i ever have the need i could ad a usb3 pci card.

Some of the EVGA 465 still has a lifetime warranty (not that one), but their 460 does not. But never pay for a factory overclock as you can do the same yourself for free.

The M4N98TD EVO is a decent board, but Nvidia chipsets are not that great anymore. I would go with this one instead:
