Could you please use a program like Rivatuner and set your video card fan to different speeds and tell me what rpm your getting.
I had another thread about how my sapphire 4870 is hitting what I believe is the max ~3930rpm at only 45% fan speed, since at 100% is also ~3930rpm. While at 20% fan speed I'm still getting ~3100rpm and I don't think it should be doing that. I've been told that 20% voltage doesn't really equal 20% fan speed but I would like to see what others are getting since 20% voltage equally 75% fan speed seems really high.
Results from a sapphire 4870 would be nice but any video card would be helpful. Thank you.
