I agree highly doubt those upgrades will get crysis on high settings with good fps on a resolution of 1680x1050,

Oh, lovely! Well, to answer both those questions:

Budget, I'd say, would be around 200 (in dollars I imagine it would be around $300/ $350 now - or would that be being optimistic in today's climate!?) but I could perhaps go above that if needed.

Make and model, well, going from the case, it's a HP Pavilion 061. Does that tell you what you need to know?
