Default Cost Effective Scsi Controller

I had found a couple of 10k 10gb hd's that are 68 pin scsi's. I wanted to use them but the only pci slot controller we had was for 50 pins only. I wanted to know whats a good scsi controller that supports raid as well as 50/68 pin scsi drives and doesnt cost a fortune and if it is possible to buy off of ebay.
