The CX430 is an "ok" unit for very low wattage builds but IMO money is better spent on the Seasonic 380 in those cases.

Oddly enough, the Seasonic 550w Gold will power most all regular rigs as will the TX650.

The Seasonic I got is a modular and I'm glad I got it. I have 5 or 6 cables I don't have to install.

Talk about a lot less clutter.

Yea, I've been using modular since 2006. I'll never use a regular PSU again. I just found out today that I can reuse the better looking 8pin cables from the left over Corsair bag I forgot to give to the person who bought my PC. Another reason why modular is better lol.
