Correct bios version?

Hey everybody, I just want to make sure I am flashing to the right bios.

I have the z68 deluxe but its gen 3, will that matter? Right now my bios is at the release version of 301 which isnt even on the list lol! so to get up to date do I just download the 902 version and flash straight to that one and forget the others?

Yes, just flash to the newest one.

Only reason I ask is that when I enter my board manually with the gen 3, instead of automatic detection, it pulls up a list saying I have the newest bios installed? The 301 with no selection to download the 902.

I didn't even know they had a Automatic Detection, I always go the manual method.

If I was you, I would leave the system as is for now and I would sent Asus a email asking them why the Auto Detection is directing you to those updates. They may work and they may not.
