Corsair Value Select 1GB DDR2 X2 - $126.99 each
http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applicatio...780&CatId=1554

Looks like a good price
There are three other brands or RAM that are the same price, but Corsair sounds like the best!

gigabyte s3 157.55 CAD
or
asus p5b-e 171.64 CAD

Both are good motherboards

Edit: Alright, your ram will work with your cpu but do not plan to overclock, since ddr2 533 gives you exactly stock speeds for the e6400. If you can, push for corsair xms2 ddr2675 1gb 145.80 CAD.

Also the 800w psu is REALLY unnecessary....im kinda suprised trieclipse didn't come in here and start yelling (no offense trieclipse ). The 600w version is plenty. trieclipse prob would suggest a froton 400w but i like my gameXstream 600w version and stand by it. But 700+w is totally unecessary.

Heres an article on that mobo.

It doesn't look that bad of a choice, but i still stick with the 965 chipsets with their solid preformance. The only reason to get the asrock is cause you need it to run old ddr memory, but you are already getting some ddr2 memory, so i suggest going with the gigabyte s3 or asus p5b.
