Yes heatsink. I am looking for a model number so I can get one at newegg, etc. I see you have an I7 Veedubfreak, do you have an aftermarket heatsink?

I'm using a swiftech gtz with 1366 bracket. Watercooling block. Just do a search for 1366 cooler.

Newegg.com - 1366 cooler

Thermalright Ultra-120 Extreme RT 1366 CPU Cooler: CrazyPC Computers

this is probably your best bet as far as new 1366 air coolers go. I don't think they have these at newegg yet though. This place and I'm sure a couple others have it.

the monsoon also looks good but i havent seen any review results yet so id stick with the ultra 120. the i7's are not really any hotter than the c2q's so youll be fine.

Dude, imagine the 32nm! o.o

There's no point of a heatsink, if you're not going to OC, btw, but it's nice to have one for safety. ^^

Why would you not overclock with an i7?? Its as easy as making a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. I even got my 920 to 2.9 stable just playing around with the EVGA E-LEET tool and the stock heatsink. I could have probably easily gone up to 3.2 or more but I was tired and went to bed.
