Core i7 - The $1300 Challenge

Less than a week ago, I was planning on buying a totally new PC (including peripherals, display, speakers, and even OS). The bad news is, my budget went down from $2000, to $1200. Big change, I know. The good news is, I was recently given a brand new GTX260 core216 as a gift. I also got hold of a nice mouse and keyboard, as well as a set of speakers. So here's my current challenge:

- Budget: Absolutely no more than $1300.
- Processor: Core i7
- RAM: 6 GB (SDRAM 1600)
- Motherboard: X58
- Display: 1080p 21.5"
- Hard Drive: 7200 RPM SATA (320+GB)
- Other parts: Case, Power Supply, Cooling System, Power Protection, DVD/RW, Windows Vista Home Basic
- Possibly: Sound Card, Network Card, etc.

You probably won't like that case so feel free to change it, I just picked it because it was relatively cheap but still a Lian-Li. I also put in home premium because home basic is dumb. Oh and why do you want the 21.5" 1920x1080 monitor?
