cooling for overclocking

What would be sufficient cooling for OCing a athlon 3800 x2 to 2.5 ghz?

Would a xp-90 and a fan be good enough? If so, what would be a good fan in terms of rpm and size?
Or would i need better cooling?

Recommend stepping up to an xp-120 if you can afford it and if it can fit on your motherboard...the xp-90 is still fairly good though

Panasonic Panaflo makes high quality high CFM rated fans...Sanyo Denki are the absolute best as is my understanding but I believe those are only 120mm

Yea, a XP-90 is pretty good.

What kinds of fans fit on these (you DO have to install seperate fans on them, right)?
