Default Cooling option for QX9650

If I wanted to OC a QX9650 to 4.0ghz...what would be the best cooling setup to go with? I'm leaning toward this:
Swiftech H20-220 Compact CPU Liquid Cooling Kit

CM Cosmos 1000 Tower
780i Motherboard
4GB OCZ Reaper DDR2 1066
Seagate 7200.11
2 EVGA 8800 GTS in SLI
Silencer 750w
