If you do go water cooling and you DONT lower that room temp, your gonna need a water block on everything, ram, cpu, video card, NB, SB..
Very very true. No way in heck you are going to run a cool cpu with those kind of ambient temps. The bottom line is get an a/c for that room. No other alternative.
