cooling AMD x2 3800 on DFI lp

i plan on oc basic to 2.4ghz, i'm no enthusiast

can you do just a heatsink, or do you need a fan. i dont want to go near the water cooling thing, so if i need a fan, anyone recommend a quiet one?

Go with a zalman HS and fan for like $40 on newegg. Plus get some artic silver 5!
