i would re consider the vista 64 bit part.
I have that and they are some driver signing issues, and games will run better on xp.

I need 64bit to run my ram. I'll have at least 4gb of ram and possibly 8 in the future. Your average person would consider 4gb overkill, but for what I do 4GB may not even be enough.

E6550 @ 1.45 vcore load 51/idle 27 celcius of course. It'll fit that case no problem.
