ok so my current machine: a64 s754, 1.5gb ram, Geforce 6600. is getting a little old for my tastes, so iam looking at upgrading the mobo, cpu, and video card. i am looking a s939 since the price has dropped alot. right now i have $335 USD and intend to have about $500 by the end of the year when i buy my parts. i am using my current ram and Hd.

these are some parts i found on newegg, do you think these are good? are there any better choices?

well

if u r going 939 i would suggest dual core . newegg has great combo deals i just got a dc 3800 and a a biostar t series mobo for under ur price range. dual core is a world of difference with a good graphics card u will have a sweet rig. so my advice check out newegg combo deals

thanks for the link ridlyn. and an51r i was considering dual core. the only prob is it appears that the only "deal" newegg has with amd stuff at the moment is a free money clip. but i wont be getting this for 2 months or so, so things should be ok by then.
