Question Considering this rig. Is it okay?

Hey guys. My first post on here. I wanted opinions on this rig I'm considering. Now. The price would be ABOUT $1278, but it's really in danish currency, so it might be cheaper (or more expensive) over there, but I just wanted to tell you as much about it as possible. I'm gonna mostly use it to play Diablo 3, Guild Wars 2 and maybe some kind of a dota game once in a while. HoN or Dota2 most likely. So. Here are the specs.

INTEL i5 3570K 3.4GHZ (3.9GHZ TURBO) IVY BRIDGE

ASUS 1280MB DDR5 GTX570 DCII GRAPHICS CARD (ULTRA SILENT DUAL FAN EDITION)

ASUS P8Z77-V LX QUALITY MOTHERBOARD WITH USB3.0 OG SATA 6 Gbs

500GB SATA 6 Gbs HARDDRIVE, 7200RPM (WD)

16GB DDR3 1600MHZ HYPER-X RAM, KINGSTON *10 YEAR WARRANTY*

24x SATA DVD BURNER +/-, AND DVD-RAM (SONY)

700W 80+ CERTIFIED HEC/COUGAR QUALITY PSU

8CH (5.1 & 7.1) SURROUND SOUND CARD

8x USB PORTS (2 USB 3.0) (2 ON FRONT, 6 ON THE BACK)

GIGABIT NETWORK ADAPTER (1000Mbit)

COOLERMASTER ELITE430, WITH 2 FANS

I would swap that PSU with a Corsair, Antec, or Silverstone.

What about a 700W Corsair 80+, SLI?

EDIT: And why would you want a corsair instead?

Sounds good.
Clarify what you mean by Gigabit adapter. Are you referring to the built in one on the motherboard, or purchasing a separate one?

I'm pretty sure it's the built in one.

EDIT: Which should be fine, right? Never thought an external one would be necessary.

Yes, I was going to say getting an extra one is really a waste of money

Oh, I see, thanks

So, should this rig be fine for a couple of years? No big change necessary?

Should be. I have a 2500k based rig that I plan on using for a few years.
