Default Connecting Fans

OK I have connected fans to mobo. But now going to connect to PSU. So help me out here..

So each fan have like two power connectors one in one out. So what I do is just interconnect each fan to other fans and then plug one of the plugs to power plugs that come from PSU?

i am right?

I connected those 3-pin plugs to mobo (they like small plugs right?)
And now there those white plugs. Each fan have two of them. Female a male plug. They have four large pins inside.
They like those plugs that come from PSU to connect CD-Roms...

Those big 4 pins are the molex connectors. They're used to give power to the fans from the power supply. And yes, you can create a chain of molex connectors by connecting them to each other and then connecting it to the power supply.
