Default Computer upgrade... advice needed

I plan to upgrade my computer with about $600-$700, im looking for a quad-core, 4gb ram, two drives (320gb & 750gb specifically), and a new mobo.

Here is what i am thinking so far..

q6600/q6700/q9450 - $200/$255/$300
DFI LP DK T2RS/DS3R - $130/$120
320GB Western Digital - $70 (Probably getting used from a fellow tech forums member)
750GB Western Digital - $120
XIGMATEK HDT-S1283 120mm - $37
4 gb (2x2gb) G. Skill DDR2-1000 5-5-5-15 - $85

i've been away from TF for a little while, and im just needing to make sure there isn't something better out there for the money. As far as the cpu goes i haven't really decided on which one i want to get, however im pushing for the q6700 because i can afford it and i wouldn't mind the extra multi. As for the ram i have thought about just getting another 2gb kit and using the ram already in my comp, but have decided i'd rather have 2gb sticks so i could possibly upgrade to 8gb later on.

thanks all
