i would get this combo
Newegg.com - Computer Parts, PC Components, Laptop Computers, Digital Cameras and more!
this cpu cooler
Newegg.com - Sunbeam CR-CCTF 120 mm Core-Contact Freezer CPU Cooler W/TX-2 - CPU Fans & Heatsinks
and gfx card cooler.
Scythe MUSASHI Twin Heatpipe Low-Profile Universal VGA Cooler w/ Fan Speed Control - FrozenCPU.com
would total around $310.
that mobo would allow you to use a higher end cpu like the x4 955, it would allow you to still reuse all your current ddr2 ram and is crossfire capable, although idk if you'll want to add a second 4890 later on, but atleast you'd have that option.
the cpu cooler is good for its cost and would allow you to keep a safe 24/7 OC on your cpu.
the gfx card i guess is really optional because it's not necessary. like i said before, your stock 4890 should handle bc2 just fine, but if you wanna OC you can get the cooler for your card to keep your temps down and keep it quiet.
