computer for my son

I almost have a computer. everything except for a motherboard. (I had 2 that died on me)
but it's not nearly as high-end as this. just a Pentium 3 + TNT2 system

Possible change I'm thinking of - I believe my son would like a case that is a bit "flashier" - is there any downside to something like the Aspire X-Navigtor atxa8nw-gn/500....or is there something I can add to the Thermaltake case to make it more appealing/flashy? I'm going to guess you will say that as long as I'm putting in a different power supply it doesn't matter?

Is there a need for special wiring to make it look good / function better/ easier?
