Computer issues :(

I bought and installed Gears of Wars for the PC and while starting the game, it immediately prompted me to install new gfx drivers for my gpu, so I immediately downloaded and installed the new forceware 163.75, shortly after it prompted me to download new drivers for my AMD processor which it bundled the drivers with the game.

I installed the drivers. This drastically improved the speed of my computer during startup and booting. Unfortunately now I have a slight issue of an odd case where a my computer freezes, a blue screen flashes up for a split second than the computer crashes entirely.

There is also a case where my computer freezes and I have to manually shut it down.

Any idea what may be wrong?

Did you uninstall the drivers first, then install the new drivers? If you did not, then that may be your problem.
