I would change the psu to an antec truepower 550W power supply.

hmm, i would also get corsair valueselect for 80 dollars 512*2. Get an sata hdd not ATA. I would get the MSI K8N NEO4-F mobo for 80 dollars

looks pretty good but I'd get a sata drive. got the same mobo and it works well. very stable. and as pzerofgh suggested an antec 550. heard a lot of mixed reviews on ultra and if your dropping that kind of change dont skimp on power
