Default computer build

I am building a computer but I have no idea what this motherboard takes for a hard drive.

EVGA nForce 680i SLI NVIDIA Socket 775 ATX Motherboard

If yah guys could help me on what sort of hard drive do i need for a gaming computer. like sata, ata, ide dont know much of their differences other then ide is a huge big cable and is not well at fast transfer rates thanks guys.

Would that work in this motherboard and from the detailed specs about the motherboard where would it be under?

For the Hard drive am willing to spend anywhere up to 150 bucks.
I am willing to spend on for a good average gameing comp. core 2 duo e6300 and up, waiting for nvidia to release their geforce 8600

ANY sata Hard drive will work with that motherboard.
