If i were to find a place thats cheaper, will this system be good for a while when it comes to game running at full gfx? Cause i have been reading and they have dd3 and quad cores now.

Intel Core 2 Quad Q9300 Quad Core Processor LGA775 2.50GHZ 1333FSB 6MB OEM No HSF

How is that processor performance wise? i plan on getting a water cooling system so i can overclock (Need to find a good guide on installation)

Cause i noticed that the core 2 duo's run at 3.0 ghz e8400, witch is faster and some reviews say that most games dont use even 2 cores >.>, so i dunno what to get.
