Looks good, but did you pick out that recertified HDD by accident? I wouldn't think someone with a budget like that would cut a corner like that.

I would stick with the 6970 but I would get a XFX card (Lifetime Warranty) even if it costs a little more. And while I may consider a re-certified component, I wouldn't buy a re-certified hard drive.
