Don' get a WD Green for your OS. It will run very slow.

+1 on not using a green drive as your boot drive.

If this is still a gaming rig I'd personally go for a 2500K instead of the 2600K.
Take the ~$100 you save and put it into a GTX 570 or HD 6970.

And unless you're hoping for a 5.0GHz OC you can easily run ~4.5 with a CM Hyper 212/CM V6/Corsair CAFA70.
Again can take the savings and put it toward a better graphics card.

I am an NVidia fan. The 570 offers long term value. NVidia always unlocks some mystical secrets with their driver updates.
