Compatibility question

Will an ATI RADEON x1900XTX work in this?

The board seems to be configured for SLI and geared towards Nvidia.. would this ATI card still work to its full potential if I put it in?

Yea it would work fine, however you can't put that card in crossfire because it's an Nvidia board.

Yes it will work fine, but theres not much point in buying a SLI chipset board when your buying an ATI Gpu. Unless you are planning on SLI. If you want Crossfire (Ati's SLI) then look around for a Crossfire chipset board.

Makes sense, but this motherboard was given to me free of charge, so I can't really argue too much, and I already have my x1900xtx.

I'll probably go with this then, if it works. After reading the pinned thread on SLI/Crossfire it sort of leads me away from doing that anyway..
