If someone would be willing to look at these parts to see if they are compatible in a system build a thousand thanks go to you. I am building this for my brother for his birthday and don't know much about general compatibility of parts. If someone could help me out than thanks a bunch
,Best Regards

No, because that motherboard won't work for that CPU. It's an Intel CPU and you have an AMD motherboard selected.

If it's out of a z400 series it's going to be a 1366 processor which means you'll need to hit up Ebay for a board (X58 socket 1366).

I have to ask what the purpose of the PC is, which I'm assuming is for gaming? If so, ditch the extra BS like the lights and fans, stick with the HDD, and get a better GPU instead. Get a minimum of a GTX 760. I would also recommend getting some cheaper RAM. You can usually pick up Team Xtreme or G.SKill for 69 bucks. You also don't have a PSU listed.

Did you pay for the CPU? If not, then I'd look for something better. What is the model of the CPU? It'll say on the top of the IHS (flat metal part).
