Can someone please tell me what you think is better this is the last piece of hardware before I go out and buy my build.


I like the 3.0Gb thing. Is this SATA3 or SATA2?

I'd prefer speed of SATA 2 as thats what my motherboard supports if the above is not supported by my motherboard I'm thinking of this.

pick one the 250 or the 300. HD are limited do to its mechanical system. I bilieve. sojust pick one.

defintely go with SATA II as your mobo supports it

3.0Gb/s is SATA II its called that cause it can transfer files up to 3GB. And the 16MB cache will help in times, though i see no need for it :?
