Christmas Shopping Help (Ram + Psu)

Hey guys. I'm upgrading my computer this Christmas.
Current spec

2.8 Ghz
MSI i865PE Neo2 Mobo
256 * 2 Dual Channel OCZ PC3200 Ram
eVGA 6600GT 128mb
Ultra 400watt psu

Ok I'm upgrading my RAM and PSU this Christmas.
Here is a list of RAMs I'm interested in, could you tell me which one could be the best?
I'm mainly using this computer for Gaming.
All prices are in Canadian so don't freak out about the high price!

I'd say OCZ platinum and Antec TT SLI 550w.

I know you don't have a SLI system, but you never know in a year or so, you might want to upgrade, and at least you'll have the PSU already. That PSU I recommended is 20+4. So you can unclip the 4 pins and use it with your current 20 pin.

get some g.skill zx if u can but otherwise the truepower550 and the plats

IF you're gonna spend that much on ram get 2x1GB overclocking ram, you'll get much better performance in games.
