Choosing a motherboard

So I'll be building a computer pretty soon, and I'm not sure which motherboard I should get. I don't need top of the line, or SLI necessarily. Here are a few options I've been looking at.

Abit KN8 UltraHere

MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum Here

One of the DFI LanParty Boards, not sure which one. Suggestions?

DFI UT NF4 ultra-D if you want the best overclockable motherboard out of the 3.

If you dont feel like spending that much the MSI K8N NEO4-F or the Neo4 platinum are good choices also.

MSI K8N neo4-F, DFi is very....wats the word.....confusing for n00bs, so if ur new to BIOS configurations get the MSI.

Yeah the DFI boards are very stable and such but are really made for people who tweak and like to overclock. My friend got that abit board a couple weeks ago and said it was good but then again, he bought 2 6800gs's along with it. My other friend currently has that msi mobo with a 7800gt, 1gb ram, and a amd 3200 and he loves it. If anything get the DFI board and learn how to tweak bios settings and OC.
