K guys I took some suggestions from you guys and made a few changes to the build, so please just check this again and let me know if there's anything else I will need:
Newegg.com - Once You Know, You Newegg

Note: Getting CPU and Monitor from somewhere else. Everyone on newegg had complaints on the Xigmatek Rifle's push-pin mounting system, so they suggested getting the bracket along with it.
I'm pretty set on the headset/mouse/keyboard. And I've already heard the arguments for the WD 640GB HDD, but I'm gonna stick with a Seagate.

Any last minute suggestions or things I'm forgetting?

Any comments are appreciated

Why are you dead-set on that G-Skill Kit... we've told you to get these instead:

Newegg.com - G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Desktop Memory

A little more pricey, but the specs are tons better

I was unable to find that mobo on newegg, link? - the one I have on that list is actually one you suggested if i remember correctly

and I'd like to stick with eVGA... I don't mind spending an extra $40 to get a brand I'm comfortable with.
