That 4830 is a good deal, I would pick that up and save a few bucks.

Yeah I did clock the **** out of my 8800gs though, it was close to a 8800gt performance at standard resolutions, otherwise at higher the 8800gt memory came into play a bit more. i reckon i might just pick up a 4830 and call it a day because i don't think i'll be gaming much at all anymore but i don't run to run on board either.

These will be the main components
x3 II 720
Biostar TA790gx 128m w/ Gskill PI-B combo
seagate 500gb 7200.12 hdd
core contact cooler
4850 asus TOP or Sapphire 4830

Comes to $460 before shipping with 4850 or $417 with a 4830. After rebates of course.
